(Allen Bradley, Siemens) • Verification Of Instruments Available On Site As Per Bill Of Material. • Analyzing P&Id And Hook Up Drawings And Instrument Installation As Per These Documents And Instrument Tagging. • Analyzing Plant Layout & Cable Tray Layout And Cable Tray And Conduit Installation As Per These Documents. • Installation Of Motor Control Panels, Instrument Control Panels (Mimic & Plc), Vfd Panels, Hmi Panels, Junction Boxes, Motors. • Meggring Of Mcc Panels, Motors & Power Cables, Earthing Of Panels, Junction Boxes, Motors And Instruments. • Cable Laying As Per Cable Schedule, Gland Fixing & Cable Termination, Cable Ferruling. • Panel Wiring Verification As Per Wiring Diagram, Panel Charging, Panel Meters Setting, Operation Verification, Interlock Verification, Indication Verification, Alarm Verification, Vfd Parameter Setting, Modifications & Changes As Per Requirement. • Installation Of Air Header, Air Filters Regulator, Pneumatic Tubing And Instrument Tubing. • Installation Of Control Valves And Actuated Valves (E.G. Butterfly Valve, Globe Valve, Ball Valve, Gate Valve Etc.) • Cold Loop Testing & Hot Loop Testing, I/O Testing Through Plc, Scada & Hmi. • Setting Of Transmitters & Switches (E.G. Level, Flow, Temperature, Pressure, Humidity, Ph And Conductivity Etc.), Control Valves Tuning, Pid Controller Tuning.
